This dumpster is specifically designed for heavy materials such as dirt, brick, concrete, and asphalt. Acceptable materials for this type of recycling dumpster are strictly regulated. Accepted Materials:

This dumpster is strictly for heavy materials. Only the following are allowed:

• Clean concrete
• Clean dirt
• Clean bricks
• Clean asphalt
• Mixed of dirt and a small amount of grass
• Mixed heavy materials listed above incur an additional cost.

Restricted Materials:

• No stucco
• No rebar or wires protruding more than 3 inches from concrete
• No garbage
• No oversized pieces (must be under 3 feet)

Prohibited Materials:

• Hazardous Waste: Paint, stains, varnish, pesticides, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, medical waste
• Flammable Materials: Gasoline, diesel, oil, propane tanks, aerosol cans, fireworks, and explosives
• Special Items: Large tree stumps, asbestos, railroad ties

Applies only to dumpsters for heavy material. Dumpsters for general material like concrete have weight limits. 

Drop-off, Pickup & Rental Terms

• Drop-off: Clients must secure space for the dumpster, including any required permits
• Pickup: Once confirmed ready, pickup occurs within 1-3 days
• Rental Period: Includes up to 7 days. Additional days are $45 per extra day
• Surface Protection: The client is responsible for protecting the ground or driveway where the dumpster will be placed
• Same-day delivery depends on availability at the time of request
• No overfilling the dumpster

Fees & Additional Charges

• Same-day emergency pickup or delivery is subject to a $100 fee, excluding San Jose and Campbell.
• Cleaning Fees: If garbage is found, a $300 cleaning fee applies
• General Debris Classification: If garbage exceeds 5%, the load will be classified as general debris, covering only 1 ton of dumping fees. Extra weight beyond 1 ton is $150 per ton
• Dead-run Fees: If our truck arrives but cannot drop off or pick up due to space issues, a $250 dead-run fee applies ($350 north of Millbrae/Oakland)
• Overweight Fees: Up to 5 tons included in rental price when weight receipts are required. In San Jose, excess weight is $99 per ton. Overweight fees vary by city
• Additional recycling requirement fees may apply.
  For example, if a Green Halo certificate is required for heavy materials such as dirt, an extra fee may be charged. Our listed price includes up to 5 tons. Any weight beyond 5 tons will incur an overweight fee of $99 per ton. For reference, a 10-yard load of brick and concrete mix typically weighs 10 to 12 tons.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations
• $100 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery
